This policy applies to information collected by Air Trail service centers, our suppliers and authorized resellers from users of the Air Trail Android and iOS apps, as well as from visitors to our website, www.airtrail.ca. What personal information we collect?
When you create a Air Trail Account, register your aircraft, apply for credit, subscribe to a service or purchase a product, download a software update, or participate in an online survey, we may collect a variety of information, including, but not limited to, your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, credit card information, financial information, and information collected in providing services, including but not limited to location, aircraft information, and crew member information.
How we use your personal information?
The personal information we collect allows us to keep you posted on Air Trail’s latest product and service announcements, software updates, and upcoming events. It also helps us to improve our products, services, content, and advertising. If you don’t want to be on our mailing list, you can opt out anytime by clicking on an un-subscribe link at the bottom of each email, or by contacting a Air Trail service center.
We may disclose your personal information, including credit card information, to third party suppliers that enable Air Trail to provide its products and services, including but not limited to third party billing services.
We also use personal information to help us develop, deliver, and improve our products, services, content, and advertising.

Our goal in these cases is to make your experience with Air Trail more convenient and personal. Knowing your contact information, product serial numbers, and information about your computer or device helps us register your products, personalize your operating system, and provide you with better customer service.

This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring and exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. At times Air Trail may make certain personal information available to third parties that work with Air Trail to provide products and services, or that help Air Trail market to customers. If you are approved for service, your account will be governed by Air Trail and its carrier’s respective privacy policies. Service Providers
Air Trail shares personal information with companies who may use such personal information to provide products and services such as information processing, extending credit, fulfilling customer orders, delivering products to you, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, assessing your interest in our products and services, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys. These companies are obligated to protect your information and may be located wherever Air Trail operates.
